ManageMyStable was born out of frustration with spreadsheets, lost paperwork and missed reminders. We set out to build the tool we always wished existed.
Our mission
Horse ownership is joyful, demanding and relentlessly detailed. The records, routines, contacts and costs pile up fast, and the consequences of a missed worming or a lapsed insurance policy are real. ManageMyStable exists to take the admin off your plate so you can spend more time with your horses.
We believe stable management software should be calm, beautiful and trustworthy, not bloated, expensive or designed to extract data. That's why ManageMyStable is funded entirely by subscriptions, never by advertising or data sales, and why there will always be a genuinely useful free option.

Horse profiles, passports and documents, calendars and reminders, feed plans, insurance tracking, NOPS compliance checking, competition results and activity logging — with multi-user access and multi-location management for professional yards.
