ManageMyStable was born out of frustration with spreadsheets, lost paperwork and missed reminders. We set out to build the tool we always wished existed.
Our mission
Owning a horse is rewarding, demanding and full of small details. The records, routines, contacts and costs pile up fast, and a missed worming or a lapsed policy costs real money. ManageMyStable handles the admin so you can get on with the horses.
We think stable software should be simple, trustworthy and worth paying for — not bloated, expensive or built to harvest your data. That's why ManageMyStable is funded entirely by subscriptions, never by advertising or data sales, and why we keep a genuinely useful free plan as a permanent fixture.
Members can send us an idea from their account and vote on ideas on the board. We read every suggestion, and everyone who asked hears from us when we've decided.
Private by default
Your horses' data belongs to you. We never sell it, share it or use it for advertising.
Simple on purpose
Every feature earns its place. If it doesn't help you get something done, it doesn't ship.

Check a passport number standing in the stable, or sit down with the whole year on a Sunday evening. It's the same stable either way, on a phone, an iPad or a laptop, with nothing to install unless you want the app on your iPhone or iPad.
The free Stable plan is a permanent home for your records, health records and the printed Health summary included. Stable Plus adds more horses, a photo gallery for every horse, passports, the feed room, competition results, checklists, and insurance, with a record of your claims.
And if you ever want to stop, you can delete your account and everything in it yourself, whenever you like, without asking us.
