Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Stable plan is free with no time limit, and lets you manage up to 2 horses with core profiles, reminders and contacts. No card required.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Your first 14 days of Stable Plus are free. You add a card when you start, and the first payment is taken when the trial ends, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you do, you go back to the free Stable plan and nothing you recorded is deleted. There is one trial per account. On an iPhone or iPad the trial runs through the App Store, and you cancel it there.
Do I pay to keep or print my horse's health records?
No. Recording injuries, illnesses and long-term conditions, and printing the Health summary, are on every plan, including the free Stable plan. Stable Plus lets you add up to 10 photos to each update instead of one.
When can I get the Yard plan?
Yard is still being built, so it is not on sale and we have not set a price. It will add team access, switching between multiple yards, and reporting — the things a professional yard needs that Stable Plus does not do. Tell us what you need through the contact form and we will let you know when it opens.
Can I use ManageMyStable on my phone?
Yes. The web app is built for a phone screen and works in any browser, with nothing to install. There is also an app for iPhone and iPad, on the App Store.
What happens to the emails I forward?
Each one is read automatically to find the event: the date, venue, class, horse and rider. A booking that is clear, sent from an email address you have confirmed, goes straight onto your calendar, and anything else waits for you to check it. Nothing else in the email is added to your account, and the email itself is deleted after 30 days. Our privacy notice has the details.
Do you show adverts?
No. ManageMyStable is funded by subscriptions, never by advertising or selling your data.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel or move back to the free Stable plan at any time, and switch between monthly and annual billing. Stable Plus is the largest plan available at the moment; Yard, for yards that need more, is in development. Annual plans are billed up front and work out cheaper.
