Introducing ManageMyStable: the app your horses have been waiting for

Horse ownership is one of the most rewarding things in the world. It’s also relentlessly detailed.

There are worming cycles to track, farrier appointments to book, vaccination records to find at five minutes’ notice, feed plans to communicate to yards full of helpers who’ve never met your horse. And somewhere in the middle of all that admin, there’s the actual joy of being with your horse, which is what you signed up for.

We built ManageMyStable to take the paperwork off your plate so you can spend more time in the saddle.

What we’ve built

ManageMyStable is a web and mobile app that brings your entire equestrian life into one organised, always-accessible place. Here’s what it does:

Horse profiles & photo galleries

Every horse gets a rich profile: breeding, height, microchip number, markings, colour, passport number and a full photo gallery. No more digging through your camera roll to find the conformation shot your insurance company asked for.

Calendar & smart reminders

The calendar is the heart of ManageMyStable. Add any recurring task, such as worming, farrier, dentist or vaccinations, and we’ll remind you before it’s due. You can schedule one-off events too, and we surface upcoming dates right on your dashboard so nothing sneaks up on you.

Passports & documents

Store scanned passports, vaccination certificates, insurance documents and anything else that needs to be to hand when the vet or competition secretary asks. Everything is securely stored and accessible from your phone.

Professional contacts, linked to your horses

Your vet, farrier, dentist, physio and instructor all in one place, and each contact can be linked to the specific horses they care for. When you need the emergency out-of-hours number at 11pm, it’s one tap away.

Feed room

Build feed recipes for each horse, schedule them by day and time, and share them with your yard. No more handwritten notes on the stable door that get rained on.

Competition results

Log every result across the season and build a performance history for each horse. Useful at the end of the year when you’re planning the next season, or just for the satisfaction of seeing how far you’ve come.

NOPS compliance checking

Competitive riders can scan any equine feed or supplement barcode and instantly see whether it’s flagged under NOPS (Naturally Occurring Prohibited Substances) rules. No more anxious searches before a competition.

Three plans, one free

ManageMyStable is free to start. The Stable plan gives you up to two horses, core profiles, a calendar and contacts, no card required, no time limit.

If you compete, run a yard or simply want the full toolkit, Stable Plus adds passports, feed room, competition results, insurance tracking, NOPS checking and checklists.

For professional yards, trainers and livery operations, Yard adds multi-user access, multiple locations, full insurance claims management and reporting.

What’s coming next

We’re a small team with a big roadmap. Here’s what’s coming in the next few months:

• Shared yard access: invite co-owners, grooms and yard managers to contribute to the same horse records
• Activity log enhancements: attach photos to ride and training logs, and track fitness metrics over time
• Vet record integration: structured fields for clinical notes and procedure history
• Insurance claims tracker: the full claims workflow for Yard plan subscribers
• Marketplace & product recommendations: relevant, competition-compliant product suggestions based on what you already buy
